2021-2022 Season

Still Dancing Outside the Box

WHAT IS OUTSIDE THE BOX?

A male-presenting dancer, dressed in a green and blue tie dye sweatsuit swings their arms against a deep blue backdrop.
Welcome to the dancenow.online - an alternative, virtual space continuing and expanding DANCE NOW's  tradition of bringing dance to unconventional spaces. As we navigate the ever-changing landscape of presenting contemporary dance, we look forward to bringing you a hybrid experience of both live and on-demand digital content. We aim to unite artists and audiences wherever they may be.

DANCE NOW's 26th season, Still Dancing Outside the Box, will feature multiple live and in-person performances in NY, MA, and PA, 3 on-demand digital programs (Fall, Winter, & Spring) featuring 21 different artists, and live digital events via our FREE Community Gatherings. We also offer programs for students via DN Next Generation and for emerging artists via DN RAW.
